Encouraged by growing competition in the premium pet food market, Eukanuba approached us to refresh their digital presence.

Taking a primary focus on user experience, we designed the site to tailor itself to the user offering personalised product recommendations, articles and promotions to drive sales.

During design, we evolved the core brand principles to utilise a contrast of white space, solid colour and imagery to ensure clarity of the rich site content.

This fresh structure allowed for distinct site navigation, emphasising key elements with vibrant colours and animations for greater user direction.

Alongside these features, we developed a suite of custom icons, graphic devices and subtle animations to give the website depth and brand character.

Bespoke User Tools.

For users who were unsure about which product they required, we created a diagnostic tool to recommend products through a series of questions about their pet. With the captured data we were able to drive personalisation across the website, recommending products, articles and offers that were bespoke to the user - creating a powerful platform to promote and sell.

Crafting a platform of knowledge.

Utilising Eukanuba’s decades of research, we rebuilt their “Breeds” encyclopedia from the ground up. With a new focus on educational content, the tool illustrates each breed’s physical characteristics, history, personality and diet, providing new and potential dog owners with the knowledge of each breed’s traits and their recommended dietary requirements.

Alongside the site redesign, we were challenged to improve Eukanuba’s presence across all of their social channels.

In response, we developed a range of branded campaign templates that highlighted nutritional facts and figures to encourage interaction within the Eukanuba online community.

Each template was carefully designed to accommodate multi-lingual copy corresponding to Eukanuba’s various operating markets.

Alongside the site redesign, we were challenged to improve Eukanuba’s presence across all of their social channels.
